Exhibition
ACDM27 offers four levels of Exhibition Stand (please see below). These relate to size and location.
- Stand Specification: Free-standing exhibition spaces, no shell-scheme. No fixed sides permitted.
- Permitted on your stand: Stand can be a flat panel e.g. pop-up exhibition stands, roller banners, lightboxes.
- Furniture: Table or high table with chairs or stools in front of the back panel. (a standard 1.8m table and 2 chairs are provided for each stand)
- Display Options: Display monitor or similar equipment (available for hire at additional cost).
- Literature Display: Small literature stand or podium stand allowed.
Exhibitor Personnel
Included Exhibitor Personnel: Each stand has up to two daytime only places included. Daytime only places admit an exhibitor personnel for the Monday and Tuesday of ACDM27. You can upgrade these places to include accommodation and the Conference Dinner at the prices shown below.
Additional Exhibitor Personnel: If you require more than 2 exhibitor personnel you can book these at the Additional Exhibitor pricing shown below. Daytime attendance only for additional personnel is €540 per person and the Conference Dinner is €75.

ACDM27 Live Lounge
The Live Lounge returns to ACDM27, offering sponsors a valuable opportunity to showcase their products, services or expertise in a dedicated theatre space within the exhibition hall.
With 15-minute sessions scheduled during breaks and lunch periods, the Live Lounge provides excellent visibility and engagement with attendees in a relaxed, accessible setting. Each session is supported by full AV facilities and promoted within the conference programme, helping to maximise your reach and impact.
Demo Sessions
Set just adjacent to the main conference agenda, each Demonstration Session is allotted a 45-minute slot in a specially designated room that’s conveniently situated near the main conference activities. This arrangement not only enhances attendee flow but also maximizes exposure for your session.
