ACDM21 Call for Abstracts for Posters
12th-14th September 2021: Sheraton Grand, Edinburgh, Scotland
The ACDM Conference Organising Committee are inviting Abstracts for Posters for ACDM21. Posters will be reviewed by the Conference Committee and selected based on set criteria. Posters accepted by the Committee will be displayed throughout the 2-day, ACDM21 Conference in Edinburgh. Posters are encouraged to be vibrant and visually stimulating with clear aims and objectives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Posters can be on any data management topic.
No, sales content should be saved for those who are exhibiting, although company name and/or logo on the poster is acceptable.
The names and affiliations of any contributing authors should be added to the poster.
Posters will be sized at A1 portrait (59.4 x 84.1 cm). If your submission is successful, you will be emailed further details concerning the layout and composition of the poster.
All posters should be submitted using the online form lower down this page. Posters that are not submitted using the online form will not be accepted.
The closing date for poster submissions is 30th November 2020. No posters will be accepted after this date.
It is free of charge to submit a poster, however, you will need to print your poster and those attending the event from the company/academic institution/group who submitted the poster will be expected to pay registration fees (member or non-member rate).
Each submission will be acknowledged to the corresponding author on receipt and assigned a unique Poster Number. This number must be quoted in any correspondence. Any enquiries should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org
Posters will be reviewed by the ACDM Conference Committee against selection criteria, which includes relevance to the audience and whether the poster will provide learning opportunities for the delegates.
Posters will be reviewed by the ACDM Conference Committee. The corresponding author will be advised of the outcome within 3 weeks of the closing date for submissions.
It is the responsibility of the person or team submitting the poster to print their poster and bring it with them. Poster Boards will be provided.
It is the responsibility of the person or team to bring their poster along for display at the conference. If your submission is successful, you will be emailed further details.
There will be a Poster Zone within the main conference area. A list of posters will also be printed in the Delegate Guide and on the conference website.
Authors should be available at the event to talk to and answer questions with delegates during the breaks. This provides an excellent opportunity to interact with delegates and to see other Posters in the same theme.
To recognise the quality of poster submissions there are 2 poster awards.
- Delegate Choice Award: which will be voted for by conference delegates
- Overall Best Poster Award: which will be voted for by the conference organising committee & ACDM Board
