ACDM24 Expression of Interest

Please use the form below to register your expression of interest in exhibiting and sponsoring ACDM24. ACDM23 in Barcelona will be the biggest clinical data management conference in Europe in 2023. The event has tripled in size in just 4 years and 2023 will see 35 exhibitors, close to 400 people and 50+ speakers attend over the 2 days. The location for ACDM24 will be announced at the Conference Dinner for ACDM23 and it is a well known European capital city.

As sponsorship and exhibition space sold out quickly for ACDM23 we are going to use the same “expression of interest” approach for ACDM24. 

Here is how it works:

1. Use the form below to register your interest. This is a non-binding expression
2. Shortly the ACDM will issue the full exhibitor and sponsor guide including pricing
3. Those registering expressions of interest will be offered the opportunity to sponsor/exhibit in order of expressions. Therefore the first to express interest in item X will be given first option to purchase.
4. Each option expires after 48 hours and is offered to the next company who expressed interest
5. When all the options have expired the opportunities go on general release
