Registration

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times. Please follow signs to the 3rd floor (congress level)

Sunday 2nd March: 13:30 -19:00
Monday 3rd March: from 08:00
Tuesday 4th March: from 08:00

Sunday Networking Night

Networking will be from 19:00-22:00 and is for those who are either booked as a Full Package or have booked to attend separately. There will be transport taking guests from the Hotel to the venue. Please arrive in the reception promptly for departure.

The Networking Night includes food and drink (soft and alcoholic).

Hotel Accommodation:

All hotel accommodation booked as part of your booking will be in the conference hotel. You will not be provided with a specific booking reference for the hotel.

For queries or changes please contact the event team, not the hotel.

Check-out by: 12:00

Guests will just need to provide your name and ID (passport or equivalent) on check-in. Bookings are made on a Bed & Breakfast basis and all other charges will need to be paid by the guest.

Event App

We are using Swapcard as the Event App. You will receive a “magic link” by email to access this. Please download swapcard to your mobile device to use during the event.

Using the app allows you to book B2B meetings, create your own event schedule, and make networking contacts with other attendees.
