Please read carefully the following confirmation of your booking for ACDM26, taking place from 15th-17th March 2026 in Berlin. We look forward to seeing you there.

  • The venue is located approximately 26.5 km from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. It is also easily accessible by bus, subway, or train. Please note that the venue does not offer a shuttle service.

Accommodation: JW Marriott Hotel

The following hotel information applies only to delegates who have booked accommodation through the ACDM26 registration system (please check your confirmation details at the top of this page):

  • If you booked through ACDM, you will not receive a separate hotel booking reference. For any questions or changes, please contact the conference organisers and not JW Marriott.
  • Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 12pm. At check-in, simply provide your name and photo ID (passport or equivalent).
  • Accommodation includes Breakfast and City Tax. The guest must settle additional charges before departure.

Registration for the conference will take place in the Hotel Lobby at the following times:

  • Sunday 15th March: 13:00-18:45
  • Monday 16th March: 08:15-16:30
  • Tuesday 17th March: 08:30-15:00

Networking Evening, Conference Dinner & Special Dietary/Access Requirements

Sunday Networking Evening

19:30–22:00 

Location: The Grand (Hirtenstraße 4, 
10178, Berlin)

The Networking Night (kindly sponsored by Coronado Research) takes place offsite and includes food and drink (a selection of wine, prosecco, beer, and soft drinks).

Sunday Networking is only for those who have booked it (Delegates who have Full Conference Package and exhibitors who have registered for Sunday Networking).

Transport to the venue
Please arrive in the Hotel Lobby from 18:45-18:55.
Coaches will depart promptly at 19:00.

Return transport
All coaches back to the hotel will depart from the venue at 21:45.
Coaches will pick up from the drop-off point.

Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own travel arrangements to the above address.

Conference Dinner & ACDM Awards (Monday Evening)

The Conference Dinner on Monday evening (kindly sponsored by Bioforum) and 2026 ACDM Awards (kindly sponsored by Wemedoo) will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel.

  • Drinks Reception: 19:30-20:00
  • Conference Dinner: 20:00-00:00

If you are not booked to attend the Conference Dinner you will not be permitted entrance. The Conference Dinner promises an unforgettable evening for those attending, book your spot here.

Special Dietary/Access Requirements

Please review your special diet/access needs listed above. If updates are needed, please email admin@acdmconference.org, quoting your reference number.

  • Vegetarian options are provided as standard
  • Allergies/intolerances: speak to a Food & Beverage team member
  • Only delegates who pre-notified us of dietary requirements will be catered for

Event App

Swapcard is the official ACDM26 Event App. Ahead of the event, you will receive a “magic link” by email (noreply@swapcard.com) to access this. Please download the Swapcard app to your mobile device to use during the event.

Using the app allows you to book B2B meetings, create your own event schedule, and connect with other attendees before, during and after ACDM26. 

Please select your sessions and build your schedule as soon as possible, this helps us allocate the right room sizes and ensures the best experience for all delegates.

Note: Sunday Networking and the Conference Dinner attendance cannot be booked through the event app
