The ACDM is delighted to welcome you to ACDM26 as an Exhibitor. We have put together this Exhibitor Centre to share all of the information you might need ahead of ACDM26. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Exhibitor Personnel
- Action: If you have not already done so register all personnel via the booking system to finalise attendance and produce badges.
- Included: Two personnel (daytime only). If you have already registered your two included Exhibitor personnel but wish to upgrade to add accommodation and networking options, please email us with your requirements and we will add to your original booking.
- If you wish to add additional Exhibitor Personnel (more than two people), please add via the conference website.

Ordering Stand Items
Tables, Chair and Sockets – order via ACDM
To order a table, two standard chairs and the multi-sockets you need, please complete the form below. These items are provided free of change, but still need to be ordered.
Orders must be made by 14th February to ensure items can be provided.
Ordering Additional Stand Items
Order direct via JW Marriott
To order any additional items you need, e.g. internet, screens or different furniture, please complete the form below. These items are an additional cost paid direct to JW Marriott.
The form needs to be returned by email to maurice.panitz@jwmarriott.com by February 14th – please remember to include the name of the event (ACDM26) and date (15th-17th March 2026) on your contact information.

ACDM26 Shipping Partner
SITE Global Event Logistics has been appointed as the official freight forwarder and on-site logistics partner for ACDM26
SITE has a global office network and years of experience supporting exhibitions worldwide. They provide end-to-end shipping solution, from documentation support and customs clearance to final delivery direct to your stand. All documentation assistance is provided free of charge, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Book direct for preferential rates, priority delivery to your stand, and local support from a dedicated logistics team.
Available Shipping Services
- Option 1 – Door-to-Stand All-Inclusive Service: SITE collect your materials from your premises and deliver them directly to your stand — hassle-free and fully managed.
- Option 2 – Courier Shipments via Advance Warehouse: Send your materials to our advance warehouse prior to the event. SITE will ensure they are safely delivered to your booth in time for setup.
- Option 3 – Empty Case Handling & Storage: With limited on-site storage at the venue, we recommend booking empty case handling with SITE in advance (minimum 48 hours before build-up).
Key Shipping Deadlines
To ensure timely delivery, all shipments must arrive at SITE’s advance warehouse by 11th March (customs cleared).
If you are choosing the door-to-door option, please follow the below guidelines:
- EU Collections, UK, and ROW: 23rd February
- USA: 16th February
Important Customs Note
Please be aware that the venue cannot act as the Importer of Record. For accurate import guidance and to obtain the correct shipping address, contact SITE as early as possible.
Additional Services
Need extra help setting up your lightbox pop up or modular booth? SITE also do the production of lightboxes for rental and purchase along with install and dismantle services. Please contact dean@siteeventlogistics.com for further information.
Recommendation
Sending your materials to SITE’s advance warehouse rather than shipping directly to the venue ensures secure handling and delivery to your stand, avoiding potential customs delays or misplacement on-site.
Please note: The ACDM cannot accept liability for lost or delayed items sent directly to the venue. Pre-booking services via SITE is the best way to ensure a smooth delivery.
Event App – Swapcard
- Access: Look out for a separate email with your “Magic Link.” This will be emailed to the contact who has booked the stand. If you wish to amend who has access, or have not received your email, please let us know.
- Action: Review and update your Exhibitor Profile – by adding logos, social media links, and documents/videos
- Benefits: We will upload all delegates early in the new year, at that time you can connect with delegates, invite them to your stand, and scan badges during the event for follow-ups.

Live Lounge/Full Demo Session
If you have booked a Live Lounge and/or Full Demo Session, you will have been contacted to confirm your slot on the programme. If you have not yet responded, please reply with your preferred options to secure your chosen time. Sessions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We also require you to submit details for your session, including a title, description and speaker information. If you have not done this yet, please use the form below.
