Andy Richardson, a pharmacologist by original training, has over 35 years of senior leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors principally in clinical data management, and study operational logistics and delivery. He has a long-running interest in optimizing and improving operational efficiency and has published extensively and regularly on these topics. Recent work has focused on the use of the HL7 FHIR standards to improve and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of specifying, collecting and confirming clinical research data directly from study site
