Neha Shah brings over 16 years of experience in clinical research and the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive expertise in global clinical data management and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as Clinical Data Management Lead at ITM in Germany, where she oversees end-to-end data management for multiple oncology trials, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. Neha holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and an MBA in Healthcare Management. She has a proven track record of developing scalable data strategies, ensuring inspection readiness, and delivering high-quality clinical data across global studies.
