Maria Nefeli Karkana is a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Manager within the Clinical Data & Information Sciences department at Pfizer R&D Greece. With a Master’s degree in Public Health, Research & Epidemiology, and a robust background in clinical research, Maria Nefeli specialises in Phase III Oncology & Hematology trials. Her expertise in managing and analysing clinical data ensures the accuracy and integrity of data used in critical late-stage clinical studies, which are essential for the approval of new medical treatments and improving patient outcomes.
Additionally, she is a dedicated mentor for young scientists interested in Clinical Data Sciences, helping them navigate their careers and develop their skills in this critical field.
