Olgica Klindworth

VP, R&D, Clinical Data Studio at Medidata, Dassault Systemes

As Vice President, R&D for Clinical Data Studio at Medidata, Olgica spearheads the development of Data Quality solutions, including AI-driven data, risk, and site surveillance approaches within a holistic RBQM framework. Before joining Medidata 4 years ago, she spent 17 years at PPD, including a decade in data management roles, where she gained broad experience across processes, customers, therapeutic areas, and technologies. Notably, Olgica has been pivotal in developing Risk-based and centralized monitoring processes and capabilities at PPD since 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Analytics from Texas A&M University.
