Joanne Donald
Computerized Systems Process Portfolio Lead at Roche
“Joanne is currently a Global Computer System Lead at Roche’s Pharma Development Quality organisation. She has a broad range of QA and Validation experience and has worked to GLP, GMP, GVP, GCP and Medical Device regulations at different stages over the course of her career. She is a proven expert on GxP computerized systems compliance and more recently how to validate AI and ML Technology.
She is currently leading a cross GxP (GLP/ GCP/GVP/GMP,MDR) AI Squad has
authored key AI Validation deliverables and tools to enable the quick adoption of AI
Solutions across Roche. She is currently involved in the GAMP AI Special Interest Group. She led the authoring of two Chapters of the new AI GAMP Good Compliance Guide which is due to be published in Q2 2025. She is a member of the board of Research and Quality and Assurance (RQA). She is a Biologist by education.”
