He partners with large pharma, biotech, CRO, and medical device organizations to drive measurable outcomes—anchored in one mission: accelerating drug development and product launches through digital transformation and AI/ML-powered data solutions.

With 25+ years of experience building and scaling high-impact teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Delivery, and Solution Leadership, Raj is known for combining rigorous execution with high creative energy to consistently elevate customer outcomes. He began his career advising analytics SaaS startups and biotech firms in the Bay Area, then spent 23 years at Saama in executive leadership roles, helping scale the company into a recognized SaaS platform leader in Clinical Data and Analytics.

At Hexaware, Raj leads strategy and delivery across the Life Sciences value chain—spanning clinical development, data & analytics platforms, digital therapeutics, precision medicine, cell & gene therapy, vaccines, and commercial enablement—with a pragmatic, ROI-driven approach to stakeholder alignment, process design, change management, and large-scale execution.
