Wayne is Senior Vice President, Rave Platform Technology (including Rave EDC, Medidata Clinical Data Studio, Medidata Designer, Rave Imaging, Rave RTSM, Rave Coder+, and Rave Safety Gateway) at Medidata. His responsibilities include the strategy, development, and delivery of these products across all Research & Development disciplines. Before joining Medidata, Wayne spent 12 years overseeing Product Management for clinical technology used by Data Management and Biometrics at PRA Health Sciences, which included oversight of Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, on-premise deployed environments, and in-house developed solutions.

Throughout her career, Tanya has worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as small-to-mid size Biotechs and startups. She has led various data management operations and programs, heading numerous innovation teams and spearheading the development of strategies for customized data delivery solutions, focusing on timely, quality data.  After working for IQVIA (legacy Quintiles) for nearly 14 years, Tanya left her role as Director for a opportunity with Bioforum as VP, Data Strategies and Solutions. Thereafter moving into the role of Chief Data Strategist and Solutions officer, Tanya is directly involved in the companies innovative strategies for customised data delivery solutions. Additionally, ensuring that Bioforum is driving excellence through partnerships and solutions to industry challenges.

At Boehringer Ingelheim, Tamer spearheads a medicine-wide analytics project that serves as an intuitive gateway for users to access data across platforms and Veeva Vaults. He manages a dynamic team of back-end and front-end developers and UX designers in an agile environment, implementing cloud technology and AI algorithms to power search and recommendation engines. Tamer is also pioneering the integration of Large Language Models (LLM) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for advanced document question/answering capabilities

Today, he proudly serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at CRScube, where he’s fully aligned with the company’s mission to make clinical trials accessible to all. Beyond his professional role, Sylvain is deeply committed to patient advocacy. Roman Radelicki started his career as Programmer in 2006 and joined SGS in 2009. During his career at SGS he held several positions and became Head Data Technology in 2021. He is mainly responsible for managing the data engineering, data programming and data science teams, providing support to the different departments. Roman is BSc in Computer Science and also in Multimedia Design.
